Where do I pick up tickets purchased online after Nov. 27?

After November 27, tickets purchased online will be held for you at Candlelight Headquarters-Will Call at 116 W. Austin St. in Jefferson 

Do I have to tour all the homes in one day or in any specific order?

Your ticket allows you to visit all homes on any day of the tour. You may visit the homes in any order. 

 Tour Dates & Times

How much time should I allow to tour each home?

Plan about 30 minutes per home and allow 15 minutes to travel between homes. Some nights are busier than others. On Saturday nights, lines to enter a home may be 15-30 minutes.

Does my ticket allow access to other attractions?

Free events include the Enchanted Forest of lighted and decorated Christmas trees.  We encourage you to enjoy the many other activities happening during the holiday season, but these are not included in your Candlelight Tour of Homes ticket price. Check out this list of holiday festivities.

Can I buy tour tickets at a home?

Are the homes handicap-accessible?

Not necessarily. Some homes are more accessible than others. 

Can I get a refund for ticket purchases?

We cannot provide refunds for any ticket purchases as this event is a fundraiser for the Historic Jefferson Foundation, a non-profit supporting historic preservation in Jefferson.
